Ben and Fellow Knights

Ben's 6th birthday "Knight and Dragon" party. Julie and Gene made all the wooden swords, shields and tabards. A rampant dragon was painted on the shields.

Catapults!!

Gene built miniature catapults for the knights. Large marshmallows were used as implements of death. A fischer price castle and knights were the intended targets. Amazing what a piece of wood, string, plastic spoon and eatible fluffy objects can do. Most of the time we could not drag the boys away from this activity, even for cake.
